Exploring the global landscape and African dynamics

Accounting for nearly 10% of global oil and gas production, Africa finds itself at a critical juncture where it must carefully define its role as both a producer and a consumer in the energy landscape. With its substantial hydrocarbon reserves and expanding exploration efforts, the continent possesses the potential to significantly influence global supply. However, concurrently, as energy demand within African nations continues to rise, there arises a need for strategic energy planning that aligns domestic consumption with the imperative of maximizing economic benefits from its valuable resources.

Join us as we uncover the fascinating interplay between geopolitics and West African crude prices, provide insights on the strategic significance of comprehending price fluctuations and crude flows, empowering you to make informed decisions in upstream investment strategies. Make better decisions with this session's unique blend of market analysis, pricing methodology and geopolitical impact on the African energy market.

Important to note:
Only Africa Energy Week 2023 delegates can register.
